DISCLAIMS: (1) any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of performance merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; and (2) liability for incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, or for “lost profit,” even if advised of the possibility thereof, except as set forth above, this product is provided on an “as is” basis, and you assume all risks of use, accuracy, reliability, and usefulness. Use of the software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement that accompanies or is included with such software.
